Buyer
The person or company whose name, contact and billing details are entered in the order form (“Buyer”). The Buyer confirms that these details are correct.
2. Subject
The sale and delivery of a Premium license for the Migvora WordPress plugin (“License”) ordered by the Buyer through the Migvora website.
3. Product information
- Product: Migvora Premium license — digital content delivered electronically.
- Plan, number of sites and term: a Premium license covers 5 sites for one year; details are shown in the order summary.
- What the License includes: activation of the Premium features (site-to-site transfer, cloud destinations, scheduled backups, notifications, etc.), access to new releases during the term and priority support.
- Requirements: WordPress 5.9+, PHP 7.4+. Multisite is not supported yet. The Buyer can try the free version on their own server before buying.
4. Price and payment
- The price including all taxes is the amount shown in the order summary and the order confirmation e-mail. There is no delivery charge.
- Payment is made by bank transfer to the account shown after the order, with the order number in the description.
- Orders that are not paid within 7 days may be cancelled.
- Bank charges are borne by the Buyer. Orders are paid in the currency selected at checkout.
5. Delivery
The license key is e-mailed to the address given in the order form within 2 business days after the payment has reached and been checked by the Seller, and it is shown on the “Order status” page. Delivery is complete once the key has been sent. There is no physical delivery.
6. Right of withdrawal
You may cancel your order without giving any reason before the license key is delivered; the full amount is refunded within 14 days using the same payment method.
Because the License is digital content supplied immediately, by placing the order you expressly request that performance begins with the delivery of the license key and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the key has been delivered. Your statutory rights for a product that cannot be used at all because of a fault on our side that our support team cannot resolve are not affected.
7. License terms
- A Premium License can be active on up to 5 WordPress installs at the same time (your own or client sites); an activated site stays bound to the license and site changes are made with the Seller’s approval. The free version is for 1 site with imports up to 1 GB.
- Yearly licenses are valid for one year from delivery. When they expire, the plugin and existing backups keep working; renew to keep new releases, priority support and the Premium features.
- The license key is personal; it may not be resold, rented or shared publicly. The Seller may revoke a License used in breach of this rule.
- The plugin’s source code is distributed under the GPLv2 or later; these terms do not limit the rights the GPL gives you. The license fee covers activation of the Premium features, updates and support.
8. Responsibilities
- The Seller delivers the License as described and provides support during the term.
- The Buyer uses the product lawfully on their own server, keeps regular backups of their site and data, and reads the on-screen warnings before starting a migration or restore.
- The Seller is not liable for outages or problems caused by the Buyer’s server or host, third-party plugins and themes, or third-party services such as Google, Amazon or Telegram. To the extent permitted by law, the Seller’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned.
9. Personal data
The Buyer’s personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Complaints and disputes
Send complaints to [email protected]. These terms are governed by Turkish law. Consumers keep any mandatory rights given by the law of their country of residence, including the right to apply to their local consumer arbitration bodies or courts.
11. Entry into force
The agreement is concluded when the Buyer ticks the acceptance box and places the order. The order details are e-mailed to the Buyer and kept by the Seller; this page is always available for reference.
